Food bank is our bank for food. We receive donations from various companies and individuals which are kept safe and stored to be given to those who need it the most.

The donations and food parcels are also shared with people from our programs such as Club 50, women in our sewing school and the young boys from our soccer team who are under-privileged. The project has been successful and it is our goal to see it grow and reach its full potential.

Many families in South Africa depend on one income household and some have no one who is employed. Many of the unemployed are youth and that becomes a burden to parents and our community.

Food bank seeks to decrease this poverty and vulnerability by providing necessary support through the donations. This makes a huge difference to those who might or do come from under-privileged backgrounds and lack affordability.

Food bank works with companies and individuals who are interested in community development and is open to anyone who feels they can make a positive contribution. We accept food parcels, tin stuff, vegetables and toiletries but also welcome any other assistance and support.
